Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your game night. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how returns work:
Returns
You may return unopened and unused games within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible, the game must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective game).
Exchanges
If your game arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
